Each of TRCC’s meeting rooms are equipped with heat and air conditioning, and full audio-visual equipment is provided–including sound board, speakers, microphones, cords, projection unit and screen. Larger rooms have “built-in” A/V equipment and smaller rooms offer portable systems.
Meeting spaces are assigned based on group size, then the order in which groups sign contracts. Because TRCC Arizona Christian camps often hosts multiple groups simultaneously, larger groups of 50+ people are given preference for the larger meeting rooms. Groups of 20-49 are assigned smaller meeting rooms, but may be “moved up” into larger rooms if available.
At check-in, meeting rooms are clean and ready with stacked chairs available for group set-up.
